New Retail Hours

Upcoming Changes in Business Hours:

Beginning November 4 th , 2019, Hawaiian Pools retail store will only be open Wednesday-
Saturday. We will also be temporarily closed on Saturday’s during the winter beginning
Saturday November 30 th until February 15 th . Consolidating our hours will better facilitate
customer experience by:

 Providing a fuller staff on every day we are open

 Allowing us to receive shipments on days that we are closed so it doesn’t interfere with
our availability to the customer

 Gives us extra days to ensure that all products are fully stocked

 Provides time for us to work on automatic cleaners in a more timely manner

We realize these changes may take a while to get used to, but in the long run, we feel as though
they will benefit everyone. As always, please feel free to contact our service department, which
will remain open Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, for any questions or help you may need.
